1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pk3 platform — whether through the website at pk3.ng, any associated mobile interface or any feature within the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form the complete agreement between you and pk3 with respect to your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the pk3 platform. Continued use of any part of the platform following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products available on pk3, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, table games and the VIP rewards programme. Additional product-specific rules may apply in certain situations and will be communicated clearly at the relevant point of use.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the pk3 platform you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk3 does not accept registrations from anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended pk3 account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use online gaming platforms in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing pk3.
• You must not be a current employee of pk3 or an immediate family member of a pk3 employee.

pk3 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or through third-party registrations — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. pk3 will never ask for your password via support chat, email or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Account details including your registered name, date of birth and payment method must be accurate at the time of registration. Name changes are not permitted after registration. If you made an error during sign-up, contact support as soon as possible before making any deposits.

Your PKR balance belongs to your account only. Transferring funds between player accounts is not permitted. pk3 does not facilitate player-to-player transfers.

• Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant.
• Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of PKR 200 after the dormancy period begins, deducted from any remaining balance.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

4 Deposits & Payments

pk3 processes all deposits and account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no USD or foreign currency base with a conversion layer — your PKR balance is your actual account balance.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet and over-the-counter deposits
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits
• Raast — instant bank-to-account transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfers
• Debit and Credit Cards — where supported by your card issuer
• Other Mobile Wallets — as listed at the time of deposit in your account

Deposits from payment methods not registered to your name will be returned where possible. pk3 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You must only deposit using payment methods that belong to you personally.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account at the time of transaction. pk3 does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods, though your own bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard fraud prevention requirement and cannot be bypassed. If your original deposit method is no longer available, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.

To be eligible for withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active bonus funds in your account must have completed their wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold for your selected method.
• No open dispute or investigation is currently active on your account.

pk3 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. The time for funds to reach your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account after processing depends on the payment provider and is outside pk3's control.

pk3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above a threshold amount. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on pk3 are subject to specific terms that will be displayed at the time the offer is presented. These Terms and Conditions set the general framework that applies across all promotions unless a specific promotion's own terms state otherwise.

General bonus rules that apply platform-wide:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real money funds are used first; bonus funds are used once real money balance reaches zero.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically.
• pk3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, though this will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player.
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus without completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

Where a promotion references a specific sport or game type — for example a PSL match bonus or a slots free spins offer — wagers placed on other products will not contribute to the bonus wagering requirement unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The pk3 sportsbook covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, Test matches, ODI series and ICC tournaments — along with football, esports and other sports as listed in the sportsbook at any given time. Availability of markets may vary based on the event and timing of your bet.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on pk3:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available on that market.
• Odds are displayed and settled in decimal format. The odds at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the individual sport's specific settlement rules, which are available in the sportsbook help section.
• For cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, settled markets will follow standard DLS method outcomes where applicable.
• Live betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds during live betting update in real time. There may be brief suspensions of live markets during key moments of play.
• pk3 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by manifest errors in odds or market information. Players will be notified and their stake returned in such cases.

Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed in the betslip at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by sport, market and account tier.

8 Casino & Slots

pk3 offers live casino games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and game show formats — alongside a library of slot games from third-party providers. All casino and slot games are supplied by certified third-party studios and use certified random number generation or live dealer mechanics as applicable.

• The rules of each individual casino game are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the game rules before placing real money wagers.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. Live casino tables with lower minimums starting from PKR 50 are available for players who prefer smaller stakes.
• Game outcomes are determined by the game provider's systems. pk3 does not influence or interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or a slot game spin, the round will be completed by the game system and settled according to the outcome at completion. pk3 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.
• Slot games marked with bonus features, free spins or jackpot mechanics operate according to the rules set by the individual game provider. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout.

9 VIP Programme

The pk3 VIP programme rewards active players across all products on the platform. Points are earned on qualifying wagers placed on sports betting, live casino and slot games — all contributing to a single tier progression within your account.

• VIP points accumulate based on the PKR value of real money wagers. Bonus-funded wagers may accumulate points at a reduced rate.
• Tier advancement is based on cumulative point totals within a rolling period. The specific thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of your account.
• Benefits at higher VIP tiers may include faster withdrawal processing, increased bet limits, exclusive promotions and a dedicated account manager at the top tier.
• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. Failure to maintain the minimum activity level for your current tier may result in a tier reduction at the next review date.
• VIP points and tier status are personal to your account and cannot be transferred to another player.
• pk3 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme with reasonable notice to active participants.

10 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk3 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts — registering more than one account per player in any form.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonus offers through systematic low-risk wagering patterns, coordinating with other players to abuse promotions, or any other manipulation of bonus terms.
• Fraud and chargebacks — initiating fraudulent payment disputes, using stolen payment credentials or processing deposits through accounts not registered in your name.
• Match fixing or inside information — placing bets using material non-public information or in connection with any attempt to manipulate a sporting event.
• Automated betting — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Money laundering — using the pk3 platform to deposit, layer or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering activity.
• Underage use — any attempt by a person under 18 to access or use the platform, or any adult assisting a minor in doing so.

11 Responsible Gaming

pk3 is committed to providing tools that help players stay in control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered players at any time through the account settings section:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount for your account.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a set duration of active play.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform for a chosen period.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net position in the current session.

By registering an account you consent to pk3 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy as it exists at the time of registration and as updated from time to time.

• Your account email address may be used to send transactional messages — deposit confirmations, withdrawal updates, security alerts and similar communications that are necessary for account operation.
• Promotional communications are opt-in. You can manage your marketing preferences from within your account settings at any time.

13 Limitation of Liability

pk3 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the platform at all times.

• pk3 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, communication failures or events outside our reasonable control.
• pk3 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• pk3 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses regardless of whether they were foreseeable.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for any other matter where exclusion would be unlawful.

In all cases, pk3's maximum liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real money funds held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose.

14 Changes to Terms

pk3 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify registered players via their account email address with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use the pk3 platform after an update to these terms has come into effect, you are considered to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
